Undue Force: An Overview of Provincial Legislation on Forced Testing for HIV
This booklet looks at existing provincial legislation in Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba allowing forced testing for blood-borne diseases such as HIV.
